By accessing or using SnipIt at snipit.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses our Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

SnipIt is a visual communication platform that provides tools for capturing screenshots, recording your screen, and sharing content via unique links. We offer both a free tier and a paid Pro subscription with enhanced features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SnipIt (16 in the EEA/UK). By creating an account, you represent that:

• You will maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload. You agree not to use the Service to:

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to SnipIt. By using the Service, you grant SnipIt a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and those you share links with.

SnipIt Pro offers enhanced storage and features via a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• Fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
• Payments are processed securely via Gumroad. We do not store your card details.
• You may cancel at any time. Pro access remains active until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion, particularly in cases of billing errors.

SnipIt displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense and its partners. By using the Service, you acknowledge that these advertisements may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to deliver personalized ads based on your browsing activity.

All elements of the SnipIt platform — including the name, logo, design, code, and original content — are the exclusive property of SnipIt and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written consent.

SnipIt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnipIt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content.
• Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful components transmitted through the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings.
